Artwork Requirements

There are many aspects to consider when ordering promotional products and we here at Guaranteed Promo try to make the process as simple as possible. We want to ensure that the message you want printed is clean, crisp, and always consistent on every single item we print. We use cutting edge state of the art printing process for every single product we print to ensure the best results, of course the end result will only look as good as the artwork you provide to us. We can basically accept any format you have your artwork in. If you just have an idea but cannot finalize it our art team can design something for you at no additional cost.

Some of our requirements are...

Vector artwork such as Adobe Illustrator CS3 (preferable saved as vector art) (.AI or .EPS) and Corel Draw (.CDR).  High quality/high resolution files such as Adobe Acrobat (.PDF), .TIFF or Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) are also acceptable. We ask that these files be sized to 100% or larger than the actual imprint size, and at least 300 dpi.

Some other acceptable file formats include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Word (.DOC), PageMaker (.PMD), PowerPoint (.PPT), and low resolution/quality files such as .JPEG, .BMP or .GIF

Depending on the quality and size of certain images, we may or may not be able to use images or logos saved from a web site. In most case we are able to however each project is unique to us as a result they are handled as per the request of our customers. Production Information

Production Time: On most of our items production is usually 5-7 business days from art approval + your method of shipping.  If you need the items sooner we have 3 day and 1 day rush service also available. Of course we encourage you to call us should you need an item urgently as we have some resources that other companies simply cannot offer.

Setup Charge: With every printed order a $30.00 set up charge will be added to your total cost.  If you are a returning customer and your artwork is exactly the same as your past order this charge will be waived as we keep this artwork on file.

Imprint Info: Each product on our site is priced to include the first color and first location imprint. If for any reason you need to print a second color or a second location an additional cost of $0.20 will be added to each item.

California Customers: In order to act in accordance with with California Proposition 65 all orders shipped to a California address will be packed in individual polybags printed with a Proposition 65 compliance statement.
