How do I place an order?
Even though our website is setup to accept online orders, we encourage person to person connection simple because it is the best way to fully explain what you are looking to achieve. What are the steps involve in placing an order?
If you are going to order online or over the phone the following steps apply:
1. Place Order/Quick Quote.
Simply complete the Quick Quote form and one of our highly skilled customer service representatives will contact you shortly or you can give us a call during normal business hours and speak to someone right away about placing an order or getting more info.
2. Submit Artwork
Within our Quick Quote form you are able to upload your artwork. Or you can also email art@guaranteedpromo.com with your artwork. Both those options go directly to our highly skilled art department. Right away they begin working on it making sure it is a usable file other wise they will contact you before there is any delays.
3. Submit Payment
Once you have completed the above steps payment options include our secure online order payment (only if ordering online), our over the phone payment or emailed credit card authorization form. Please note your credit card will not be charged until you receive a digital proof and approve it.
4. Review and Approve Order Confirmation and Digital Proof
A digital PDF proof will be sent to the email address you provide. This proof will have mock up of the item you are ordering, and your artwork as it will appear when printed. You will have to review/revise and mistakes and simply sign/fax back to us.
5. Send Order to Production
As soon as you sign and fax back the digital proof we move your order into production getting them ready to print.
6. Ship Out Your Order.
Once printed we quality check each piece and ship them out to your desired location.
How do I check status of my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Chances are if you have a physical mailing address then chances are we can deliver to you. For international shipments we generally use standard UPS international services however each shipping address is different so please call our knowledgeable customer service representative for a quote.
Can I order products without print or blank items?
Certainly, we understand you don’t also need something imprinted so we allow you to order blank items generally at the same cost as printed items. The good news is we ship out blank order within 24 hours.
Is rush service an option?
We know sometimes an event is not always planned and need promotional items within a day. The earliest you contact us the better chance you have that we may be able to get something printed and shipped out to you using one of our 1 day or 3 day rush service. Simply call us and let us know when you need it and we will do our best to get items to you in a timely manner.
Can I ship the order on my FedEx or UPS account?
If you feel the shipping rate we provide appear high and you would like to use your account, we don’t see anything wrong with that. In certain cases you may get a better rate than we do with your shipping provider. All we would need is the account number of your courier.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Company or Personal Checks, Money Orders, E- Checks, Pay Pal, and/or certified public institution or government Purchase Orders.
What is the cancellation policy?
Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped as soon as it’s printed. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, we may not be able to make changes to your order once it has been printed. As soon as you approve the order confirmation and digital artwork approval, the order is initiated and production begins. If you require additional information or clarification, please contact your sales representative before approving those documents.
